The Greatest Miracle

“And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.” (Matthew 19:28:29)

It is worth it! Inheriting eternal life is worth laying down all things that you possess in this life. My scripture may not suggest my theme of this post, but it was the best I could find in the short time I have to write this. I will be discussing the greatest miracle that God could perform for you, and that He has performed in the Bible. If you have repented, been baptized in Jesus name, and filled with the Holy Ghost (basically been saved and inherited eternal life), then you have experienced the greatest miracle that God perform for you on an individual basis.
Jesus was 100% man and 100% God, there is one God, no distinctions, you do not have to pray to the Father through the Son Jesus in the Holy Ghost, and you do not have worry about giving each person in the Godhead the same amount of time so they will not get jealous, Amen. Jesus was not in the Godhead, He was the Godhead. “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” It was God that did every miracle that Jesus performed, according to John 4:24, God is a Spirit, and it was His Spirit that dwelt in Jesus that allowed him to do all those miracles and signs. Continuing on as I get sidetracked a little, but that little background is somewhat needed.
Let’s review on some of the miraculous things Jesus performed while he dwelt among us, John 1:14. He fed the thousands with some fish and bread, He gave sight to the blind eyes, He delivered the demoniac boy, He raised Lazarus from the dead, and healed oh so many, etc. Let’s look at what He did in the Old Testament. He provided food everyday to the Israelites while they were in the desert, He performed the ten plagues and got the glory from Egypt hallelujah, He opened the Red Sea and allowed for the Children of God to walk on it, He made a rock spew out water, etc. There is one miracle however that is greater than all of these, He continues to do it in the 21st century, as well some of the miracles stated above, but they do not compare with His greatest miracle. Having your soul saved from eternal damnation is the greatest thing that He could do for you!!!!! It does not matter if you could see for the first time in your life, it does not matter if you were raised from the dead, but if you are still on your way to Hell it does not matter. Are you getting what I am saying? The day you brought to an altar of repentance, the day your sins were washed away in a watery grave in the name of Jesus Christ, the day you were resurrected and filled with the Holy Ghost is the most miraculous thing that God can do for you. If you were healed that same day then good for you, but you getting saved is a whole lot more important than you seeing. Though if you were healed, but not saved, then getting healed was all for naught.
I thank God that I am saved, that I am set free, and on my way to heaven! God has done many other wonderful things for me, but saving me from Hell is by far the greatest thing he could do for me!
